The Bite is a gourmet burger restaurant located in the Red Light District in downtown Zurich, Switzerland.
We opened The Bite in August 2013 and it has since become one of the city's busiest restaurants. It's a casual dining restaurant with low lighting, antique chairs and table tops that are made out of recycled wooden doors.

Venue Setting
The Bite is a gourmet burger restaurant located in the Red Light District in downtown Zurich, Switzerland. We opened The Bite in August 2013 and it has since become one of the city's busiest restaurants. It's a casual dining restaurant with low lighting, antique chairs and table tops that are made out of recycled wooden doors. Whiskey bottles with tall candles are used to decorate the tables. The restaurant is well-lit with natural light coming in from large windows facing the street. We also have an outdoor terrace which we call an Oasis in the concrete jungle of Zurich. We planted vines five years ago when we opened that are now creeping up the side of the building, adding a lot of freshness to the scenery. There are also a number of beautiful plants in the backdrop, so it's a very unexpected, fantastic seating option when the weather is good.

What they share is a singular purpose: to create moments worth gathering for.
