How many guests can the barn hold? The barn can hold up to 200 guests. 
How much is the deposit that locks my wedding date? 1/3 of the total fee.
Do you have restrooms? Yes, 2 for women and 2 for men. Both are handicap asessible. 
Is the barn handicap accessible? Yes.
Where is parking located? We have a parking lot with ample space located in the field on the east side of the barn.
Can we choose our own caterer? Yes, as long as they have a food safety certificate and are full service.
Where does the bride and bridesmaids get ready? In bridal suite.
Do you provide tables and chairs? Yes.
Does it cost extra for use of ceremony site? No, we have several locations and they’re all included in fee.
Where is the ceremony if it rains? In the barn downstairs if you have 100+guests, or upstairs if you have 100 guests or less.
Can we rent the barn the day before our wedding to decorate?  Yes, please inquire for more details.
Can I tour without an appointment? You must have an appointment to visit the farm. Please contact us to schedule your own personal tour!

Our venue is set in a beautiful country setting with fresh air in wide open spaces. Our historic property dating from late 1800 is known for its peaceful charm and inviting natural spaces.

We are conveniently located 10 minutes from hotels, shopping and dining and 1 hour from Richmond, VA and Washington D.C. off I-95.
