Our Copenhagen Patio's charming location makes for a breathtaking backdrop for a ceremony, while our banquet rooms are perfect for dinners catered with local, wine country inspired cuisine. For corporate events, our function rooms are as flexible as you need them to be also - whether it's a few employees for a small team-building conference or 80 associates for a much larger presentation. Whichever space you decide, you'll have access to our 55-inch flat-screen HDTV, WiFi and, with everything else you might need, the support of our amazing staff. Additional charges

For booked rooms in the hotel we have a State Tax (12%), a local City Tax ($2.50) and onsite Parking ($15) daily added to the room rates. 

For F&B Events we charge a 22% service charge on all food and beverages for the event, in addition to the 7.75% Sales Tax. 

In order to book our Courtyard for an event, the group must also book our 4 Junior Suite King rooms and our Village Suite King room as these rooms have direct access to the courtyard and the room patios come out into the courtyard. Other then that room stipulation, there is no minimum room block required for the courtyard. 

Should you wish to book our Restaurant and Bar for a private event, we do require a hotel buy out in addition to the $7,500.00 ++ on a weekday night or $10,000.00 ++ Minimum to close it down to the public.
