Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Randolph Hotel, by Graduate Hotels in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Reservation is needed, to pre-arrange please contact the property. The credit/debit card used to book a pre-paid rate must be presented to reception on arrival at the hotel. Please note that failure to do so will result in an alternative payment method being required. There should be a charge for the thermal suite : - guests with treatment (access is included in the price) - guests without treatment (£20 per person) - non-residents without treatment (£30.00 per person hourly) Our wellness centre is complimentary access for residents, strongly advise to prebook the thermal suite to avoid disappointment. Spa treatments additional charge, pre book advised. Please note bookings over 10 bedrooms or more, or over 25 nights will be subject to group terms.
