Venue Setting
The Singular Patagonia is a breathtaking property set on the shores of the Fjord of Last Hope Sound in Southern Chile. A converted 100 year old cold storage plant, The Singular’s restaurants and event spaces have history, not to mention the hotel has its very own museum. The restaurant was at one time partly the canteen for the factory workers and part of the tannery, the traditional grill, El Asador, is housed in the former Blacksmith’s Forge, while the open and vast private event space once housed millions of pounds of sheep as the skins and meat were processed there and shipped back to Europe. After operating for nearly 70 years, the factory shuttered and was designated a national landmark leaving way for the current owners to convert the historic property into a five star luxury full service resort.
