Welcome to Vincenzo Trattoria! We are Natasha and Colton, the new owners as of December 2024. We are so excited to carry on the legacy of authentic Italian cuisine in the Treasure Valley. Like so many of our customers, the handmade pasta, the wonderful aromas, and the commitment to authentic Italian food is really what drew us in to the restaurant – and we knew our family had to be a part of it. We continue to make all bread and pastas in-house from scratch daily, as well as homemade sauces, hand-rolled meatballs, and nightly dinner specials using locally sourced meats and produce. Our vision was to establish a place where families can gather, couples can celebrate, friends can reconnect, and everyone can enjoy a taste of authentic Italy.
