Where hill country charm meets uptown style! 15 minutes west of downtown Austin. Beautifully landscaped 6000 SF enclosed-climate controlled building with an attached 1800 SF terrace. The back of the reception hall is all windows looking out onto the property. We are located on 17 acres surrounded by pecan and oak trees on Slaughter Creek and two ponds. Capacity 1-400 guests. Separate brides cottage and separate grooms room. Easy to access catering prep kitchen. Drink donkeys that are exclusive to the venue are available to rent. Venue designed with respect using green principles such as repurposed barn wood, reclaimed pine from the 2011 Bastrop fires to make our beams and much more!

Guest experience with Pecan Springs Ranch is a 5-star experience.  We have a lot of space, drink donkeys, large dance floor, outdoor games and beautiful landscaping.  You will have your guests talking about your wedding for years to come! 

A blank palate to create your own unique wedding style, make your wedding your wedding not everyone else's!  We have had quirky, dazzling, elegant, chic, boho, handmand and everything else in between at our PSR weddings. 

Venue Features
The scene:
We have lawn games that come with the rental, tables and chairs and other items. The grounds are green all year around and wildflowers will be blooming in the Spring. There is a pond stocked with fish and beautiful Slaughter Creek runs around the property also. Best of all we are located very close to Austin! We are by appointment only for tours so please contact us to come see where you can have The Best Day of Your Life!
Design:
Our venue offers a building that the back wall is glass looking out onto the covered terrace and then looks down towards the creek. For Texas weather we made the venue where you feel like you are outside even though you are in the comfort of a climate controlled hall.

Included in the rental of the venue is 12 hours, 400 fruitwood folding chairs, 25 sixty inch round tables, 5 cocktail tables, 4 six foot tables, 4 eight foot tables, lawn games, all outdoor lighting, outdoor furniture, two white vintage buffet, hand cut stone cross. On a creek and pond stocked with fish.
