Basically summer in a glass, this watermelon margarita recipe is perfect for making in big batches for parties. You can certainly buy watermelon juice from the store but we suggest making it yourself for freshness. Simply cube one baby watermelon and blend it up! That's it.
Adapted from this recipe found on Bon Appétit.

Ingredients:
• 3 oz fresh watermelon juice (store bought or 1 baby watermelon, cubed and blended)
• 2 oz blanco tequila
• Lime
• Trader Joe's chili lime seasoning for rim
• Optional: add chopped jalapeno to make it spicy

Add all ingredients to a shaker to combine. Serve over ice with a squeeze of lime to taste + chili lime salt on rim.

Make it Mezcal

Once you've found your go-to recipe, try swapping tequila for mezcal – a smoky agave spirit. Our favorite ways to dress up a mezcal margarita include making it spicy with jalapeno or sweetening it up with fresh watermelon juice.
