Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property requires a credit card pre-authorisation as a security deposit & to cover any incidental charges. This may be taken anytime within the cancellation period (i.e. 24 hours of arrival) and you will kindly be asked to provide a matching ID at check-in. Funds are typically held for up to 10 working days, depending on the financial institution. Please note that for bookings of more than 8 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The credit card used for booking guarantee must be presented during check-in and must match with photo identification.
