Amazing loft with great natural light great for portrait and fashion photoshoots, video productions, interviews, blogging, fitness and cooking shows.

Located right above Cha Cha Cha restaurant and Wurstkuche this is in one of LA's great hotspot locations with excellent restaurants and locations for shooting outside.

We have a full makeup station and a separate greenroom for celebrity clients rentable for an added fee.

Bathroom is updated with a stand up shower if needed.

Full working kitchen.

2000 Sq ft of shooting space.

No crew is too big for this space. Full commercial productions are sanctioned for an added building fee.

Great for video productions its relatively quiet because its 4 floors up and the windows are decent and the streets don't have a lot of trucks go by.

Freight elevator leads up to the destination floor. 250 Amp Breaker Box.

C-Stands and Apple Boxes LED continuous lights and flash heads included with the rental.
