The fee range listed is to illustrate our custom-oriented nature. A micro wedding with 30 guests can be as low as a $35oo site fee, whereas an elopement is lower, and a large event is most often approx 10k. Our mission is to offer the most flexibility possible to the client––rather than binding you to work with specific vendors, we leave those choices to you, thereby allowing you the freedom to choose where to allocate your budget and implement your personal style, to the end result of a one-of-a-kind dream wedding, whether your style is a laid-back event **or a 10-course black tie affair with a jazz ensemble. Having said that, the owner is a designer/coordinator and offers a range of services from handling complete "turn-key" weddings (all coordination/design from hiring vendors to décor to dessert) as well as various a' la carte services such as sign-painting and table scape design. You are however not required to work with the proprietress; DIY and other planners welcome. 
The current base site fee inclusive of furniture, spaces, interior bathrooms and dressing rooms, lighting... (all hard furnishings with the exception of tabletop items) is $10k. Bar Service, Catering, and Treehouse lodging are separate charges.
