Bush Bank farmstead is situated an hour and a half south of Sydney on the South Coast. The property is set on 61 acres of lush green farmland, nestled between the mountains and the sea overlooking the picturesque Loves Bay.

The historic Flour Mill built in 1856 and convict built blue stone walls.. provides a beautiful backdrop perfect for photo ops. The large Morton Bay Fig trees also provide a picture perfect spot for couples to get married or have their photos taken.

The delightful federation farmhouse built in 1918 and then lovingly restored, historic blue stone cottage dating back to the 1850's form a
highly regarded and well recognized landmark on the "bends" just south of Kiama.

We have three bedrooms all with en-suites in the B&B homestead for bridal party, family or guests to stay. This also includes a private lounge room and surrounding verandahs. Breakfast is served in the homestead’s big old kitchen/dining room.

This is a family home and family run business, we encourage guests to feel at home and become part of our extended family if they choose to, otherwise their privacy is assured at all times and they have the space to remain private and contained.

The cottage has been restored with love and features dry stone walls it can also be used as a little chapel for small intimate weddings, it also features a pew.
A beautiful deck has been added onto the marquee area
