The Caribou Club opened it’s doors in 1989 as Aspen’s first private members-only club. Founded by Harley Baldwin, the club offers world class dining, an extensive wine list, and a bar and nightclub. In addition, we are a full service catering and event company. Featuring fresh ingredients, creative cuisine and decadent desserts all brought to you with the same care, exceptional service, and attention to detail that you have come to expect from the world-renowned Caribou Club. Catering and event services are offered 365 days a year to members and non-members alike.
