Venue Setting

Praiano is ideal if you want a relaxing holiday on the bustling Amalfi Coast. A taste of \"La Dolce Vita\". Praiano (from praia, meaning beach) is a small town located on the Amalfi Coast in Campania, between Amalfi and Positano. Its location means that it is ideal if you want a relaxing holiday on the bustling Amalfi Coast and yet still be in the middle of the attractions. Positano is just around the corner at less than 10 minutes away, while Amalfi can be reached in 20 minutes and the magical village of Ravello where you can attend of the spectacular concerts, is just 35 minutes. Locals gather for a chat and a gossip in the main church squares of San Gennaro and San Luca, especially in the evening while the younger generation will be found at the busy bars of Vivaro, Bar Sole and Fioriere. Praiano has a few small pebble beaches, some reachable only by boat. The main beaches are Marina di Praia, home to the famous night club L’Africana and also some excellent restaurants serving freshly caught local fish and seafood, while the west-facing beach of La Gavitella, directly below Casa Angelina, offers sun until late in the evening.
