Casa de Sierra Nevada’s individually decorated rooms are in 6 beautiful colonial mansions surrounded by attractive gardens. In the historic center of San Miguel de Allende, it features a spa and free Wi-Fi. The hotel has kept striking original features such as stone archways, courtyards and hand-painted tiles. All rooms have a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Guests can enjoy traditional Mexican and international cuisine in the Andanza sit-down restaurant, which is in the Sierra Nevada’s attractive interior courtyard. Casa del Parque serves traditional Mexican cuisine overlooking the hotel grounds. Casa de Sierra Nevada’s Laja Spa features a Temazcal, a traditional outdoor sauna, and there is also a range of treatments available including facials and massage. The hotel also has its own Sazon cooking school, where guests can take classes.
