A damage deposit of BRL 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 15 kg or less. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of BRL 500 per, and 10% day, per pet. All pets staying at this property must have up-to-date vaccinations. Deworming for trips is advisable, as well as sanitary treatment for the elimination of ectoparasites. The pet owner is solely and exclusively responsible for all animal care, as the property does not have the structure for caring for, keeping, monitoring, or walking the animals. Therefore, it is the pet owner's exclusive responsibility to provide the animal with food, water, medication, etc. We suggest that pets not be left alone in the units. If this happens, we request that reception be notified, and in the presence of any problem, the responsible person will be contacted. Please note that pets must be kept on a lead while in public areas of the property. The pet owner is responsible for cleaning both inside and outside the property. Lodging with females in heat is prohibited. It is the responsibility of the pet owner to pay for any and all damages caused by the pet, making full payment of the due amount at check-out or whenever demanded by the property. The damages mentioned are not limited to bed, table, bath linens, furniture, mattresses, and other utensils that furnish the unit, but extend to any and all damage that occurs inside and outside the housing unit. The pet owner must check out the pet whenever it is considered or proves to be aggressive, noisy, or difficult to live with other animals and people. The property management will inspect the apartment and the animal to ascertain whether they meet the conditions established in this regulation. The pet owner must comply with all current legislation, municipal, state, and federal, regarding animal ownership. Please note that pets are only allowed in suites. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
