The new hotel consists of eight chalets with spacious rooms and suites. All contain a private wellness room for the exclusive use of hotel guests in their respective chalets.

- Menu or buffet at the Madre Nostra, Bazaar or Ferdinand restaurant or on the terrace
- Party in the Ferdinand or the Grapes & Juniper

The hotel consists of nine lodges with spacious rooms and suites. All have access to the Mountain Ashram Spa with view to the Matterhorn. All chalets are easily accessible by lift and a footpath. The distinctive design creates a balance between Alpine chalet, mountain hut and hunting lodge, with just the right amount of modernity. And the architecture incorporates the special characteristics of this unique setting on the edge of the forest.

Madre Nostra (restaurant)

The Madre Nostra celebrates Italy’s culinary tradition in all its deliciousness. Modern creations and refined classics with all the wonderful treasures Mother Earth has to offer. To make sure that they reach your table as fresh as possible, the ingredients come directly from local farms and fishermen. From homemade pasta to delicious interpretations of grilled meat and fish, the Madre Nostra carries Italian cuisine in its heart and on its plate.

Bazaar (restaurant & bar)
Inspired by the lively markets of the East, the Bazaar is the heart of CERVO. This is the place where everyone gets together: modern nomads, explorers and locals. The atmosphere is relaxed, people chat, drink, meet, dine. The delicious dishes are 100% vegetarian and are served throughout the day.

Ferdinand (restaurant)
Fresh air for traditional Valais cuisine. At Ferdinand, only Swiss products are used – most of them even from the Valais itself. If you like cheese you will love the fondue and raclette. And the many delicious Valais specialties never fail to surprise. The contemporary interior of the chalet shows the modern side of the Zermatt mountain aesthetics. Delight throughout.

So hidden, you almost miss it. The entrance to the Grapes & Juniper Bar is reserved for those who look closely. Once in, there are 40 different types of gin and wines from all over the world to discover. The atmosphere is relaxed and the cocktail masters behind the bar are happy to help if the choice is difficult.
