Venue Setting

The semi-private area located at the garden end of the restaurant with gorgeous views over our kitchen garden is separated from the main restaurant by frosted glass doors. Please note the area is not entirely private, it will have a little noise spill from the restaurant and bar areas and much of the glass is clear.

Our semi-private dining room has the capacity to accommodate 40 guests for a sit down meal and could comfortably accommodate smaller groups. For groups of this size we do require you to dine on our collective menu with a minimum charge of $3400 for events Monday- Friday and $3800 for food on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. CHISWICK’s collective menu is designed to be shared by the whole table and is made up of four courses that are placed in the middle of the table and shared by all guests.
 
Beverages are not included in this rate and are billed on consumption. A minimum beverage spend of $1500 is required for bookings on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. It is beneficial to pre select wines for the meal service and an assortment of drinks on arrival, however you do not need to commit to a certain quantity, and you will only be billed for what you consume. This is merely to improve efficiently and help keep within a budget you outline. A 10% gratuity is added to the final bill. 

Lastly, a $2200 room hire fee is applied to all events in the semi-private dining on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and $1000 room hire fee for all bookings between Monday and Friday for the month of December.
 
To secure this booking, you need to complete and return the events booking form and a deposit of  $1900 would be processed from a credit card.
