Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Fri 01 Mar 2024 until Sun 29 Sept 2024 A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a fee for the handling and storage of packages. Courier envelopes will be handled at no additional charge. Please note guests are required to purchase a ticket for use of the shuttle service to Walt Disney World Resort. Contact hotel for further details. The resort will undergo a renovation project from January 2024 to May 2024. During this time, the Main Building, Tower 2 and Mini Golf Area will be affected. The check-in desk and other departments will be making modifications to their operations. Signage will be posted. Additionally, you may experience noise, dust, odours, and work crews on-site during this time. Dates are subject to change.
