Venue Setting

Part of our vision is creating an alternate dining and events venue that promotes the stunning Australian rural background.

The Cooks Co-op HQ is the ideal function and event space. There are a number of different options based on your event vision and guest numbers.

The Farm is located in Sackville – Hawkesbury Shire (just over an hour from Sydney)

It is a beautiful 28 acres of land and has been developed into The Cooks Co-op. 8 Acres of flat land are our fruit and market garden. The other 20 acres are on a hill, they are rocky and partly arable with a plateau of bush land overlooking the sparkling Hawkesbury River.

The Farm also boasts our stunning original barn that is now our Events Shed.

The Cooks Co-op Cottage. 

This place is for you if you want that feeling of joyful seclusion. Although The Cook’s Coop is only 15 minutes from iconic Windsor, when you turn into the driveway up to the cabin you feel as though you are a million miles away. Surrounded by beautiful bushland and picture perfect views, the hours slip away as you take it all in. Walk inside and the cabin steals the show. Tastefully decorated throughout and with interiors as interesting as the views surrounding the Coop, this place is a feast for the senses.

Then you open the blinds… be prepared to be amazed by the majesty of the Hawkesbury River. As far as the eye can see, you are greeted by the sheer beauty of the mighty Hawkesbury. This is where you can sit with a glass of wine and be forgiven for thinking that the world can’t touch you. Breathtaking views, whichever way you look, this cottage truly is one of a kind.

The Scene:
When you arrive at the Cooks Co-op and your eyes drink in the unique and rustic surroundings.... you with feel your lungs fill with fresh Hawkesbury Valley air.  As you walk about the property and feel the crunch of crisp grass under your feet you will come to the crest of a hill and look down upon the sparkling Hawkesbury River... It's here you will notice the truly beautiful, natural Australian Bush setting.  

Our 28 acre property boasts several facets. Take our abundant produce and market garden... it's here that tasty, fresh fruit, herbs and vegetables are grown. It’s from this rich soil that  our farm's owner and visionary, Martin Boetz, hand picks the produce to prepare signature dishes to feast upon when dining at a function in our Events Shed... this rustic and original barn provides a space for unique and special events that build memories for life.

Then at the days end...meander up the rocky path to a place of joyful seclusion in The Cooks Co-op Cottage. Although The Cook’s Co-op is only 15 minutes from iconic Windsor, and only 1 hour from Sydney when you reach the cabin you feel as though you are a million miles away. Customized functions are held in our Events Shed. At these events, Martin designs his original and scrumptious dishes, with produce supplied from our own garden and all locally sourced ingredients. All of our beautiful food is grown right here in the Hawkesbury region.  
 
Bars & Lounges:
Our Events Shed is customised for each and every function. There is the BYO option - where you are welcome to purchase and bring your own alcoholic beverages OR we can order and buy in for you.

With either option we provide a full drinks/waiter service.
