Daisy's is a labour of love between couple Jake de Varine-Bohan and Jessica Barnes. When they met in 2012 Jake thought Jess' name was Daisy and the nickname provided the perfect name for the cafe when they opened it in early 2014. Milk bars have always been an iconic part of the Australian landscape and, saddened by the dwindling number of original milk bars around, Jake and Jess decided to open one of their own; an homage to the classic Aussie milk bar with a modern twist.

Venue Features
Design:
Our interior design puts a great focus on local creative talent including a wall hanging by local designer Doodad & Fandango, mural by famous Sydney tattoo artist Lauren Winzer, prints by local artist Kirbee Lawler, wall vases by Australian brand LoveStar and mirrors by local designer McKean Studio. Other prominent design features include a large neon daisy light, pretty pastel booth seats and a giant wall-mounted ice cream.
