Only 10 miles north of Bellingham, Evergreen Gardens is located in the beautiful farming area of Ferndale, Washington. The grounds are lush and full of life, the perfect place for your outdoor event with friends and family! With 4 acres, the venue provides different garden areas that can be used for the ceremony, wandering paths to immerse yourself in nature and numerous picturesque backgrounds.

Our event season is from May to September and includes a large covered pavilion with a built in bar and available glassware, two dressing rooms and indoor bathrooms, a cozy fire pit, 175 folding chairs, 20 60" round tables and many decorations and other amenities for your event.

Evergreen Gardens is a LGBTQ+ inclusive venue.

We have flat rates and do not charge additional fees. The only additional fees outside of what is quoted is the $10 banquet permit required for serving alcohol and the cost of event insurance, which typically runs $150-200.

In addition to the 2 dressing areas available in the venue space, we have a lodge and canopies available for onsite lodging.

The Lodge at Evergreen Gardens is a beautiful 2,600 sq ft Cedar log home that sleeps up to 10 people. During in-season months (end of May through September), The Lodge is available on weekends exclusively to customers who have booked our venue.

The Canopies at Evergreen Gardens are 5 luxury bell tents, with plush California King beds, a sitting area and different storage options. A common area offers a wood-burning fire pit, outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, picnic table, and a 2-stall bathroom. The Canopies are exclusively available during the summer months to customers who have booked the venue.

The scene:
Our property is set on 4 acres underneath a canopy of evergreen trees and is surrounded by farmland. The park like setting makes it a very initimate and private space to have events. Mt. Baker and the Northern Cascades are off in the distance and can be seen on the drive in. And we are very close to some amazing micro-breweries and restuarants in the Bellingham and Lynden areas.
Design:
Our 34’ X 57’ Pavilion provides the perfect open air space for your guests to enjoy dinner, dancing and a glass of champagne. The wooden cathedral ceiling and warm lighting creates a cozy atmosphere for your guests. Two newly remodeled dressing rooms are available to you as early as 10 am on the day of your big event and is the perfect backdrop for those ‘getting ready’ pictures. Also available for your event: fa ire pit with firewood, plenty of parking, indoor restrooms, a prep kitchen for your caterers, a built in bar and more!

Extra perks:
There are no hidden fees with the venue rental and sales tax is included. All venue furniture and decor is available for you to use and bundled into our pricing. We are also on site the day of the wedding to ensure everything goes smoothly; we take care of lighting the fire for you, ensure the bathrooms are clean and tidy all evening, and the trash is under control.

East or North Lawn & Pavilion
The East & North lawn are great ceremony locations and the Pavilion provides the perfect reception space. The venue and grounds are exclusively yours from 10 am - 10 pm.
