Design:: With 2,500 square feet of lofted space, Exchange 312 is an elegant, yet approachable, customizable event space located in the heart of Wicker Park. Built by event industry professionals, Exchange is the product of experience and key learnings surrounding best venue practices.

Created for intimate gatherings and accommodating groups up to 150, the space, surroundings, and amenities are exquisitely crafted to make every experience distinctively one-of-a-kind. Offering flexible layouts, a modern design and state-of-the-art amenities, Exchange is sure to take any event to the next level.

- Original Chicago whitewashed common brick feature wall, ideal for art gallery space and projection surface
- Luxurious built-in bar with stunning cosmic black granite countertop, gold accents, and top-of-the-line equipment including refrigerators, ice maker, dishwasher and draft beer and espresso machine
