We have a beautiful and spacious 2 room Bridal Suite for the wedding party that can be utilized all day and evening. Additionally, we have a Groomsmen's Pub downstairs, with seating, refrigerator, and flat screen TVs.

Since 1882, the Glendale Lyceum has been a fixture of the Village of Glendale, which is a National Historic District. The Lyceum itself is a National Historic Landmark, and its rich history is evident from the moment you enter the front portico. The venue includes a historic library, which still contains many first edition books and a cozy fireplace, a beautiful ballroom with stunning chandeliers and fireplace, a sunroom with a bar area, and a covered terrace overlooking the clay tennis courts. Additionally, at the back of the property is a wedding meadow with a stately and verIf you are looking for a charming, elegant, and historic venue for your special day, then consider your search completey photogenic wedding tree. Our recently remodeled Bridal Suite and Gentlemen's Pub provide perfect, luxurious, on-site areas to get ready before the ceremony and/or reception.

Design:
Our historic building features many original fixtures, but has been updated with today's amenities, such as elegant and classic furnishings, wi-fi, and AV system, and many other items. 
Standout Venue Features:
We are one of the only elegant and historic venues that does not require a catering minimum, and allows you to bring in your own alcohol. While we do charge a minimal service charge on the catering bill, there is no service charge on alcohol. We have found that brides can provide a top-shelf open bar at approximately $10/guest, which is a huge cost savings over other venues.  Additionally, every event is treated with the utmost care and attention to detail, as evidenced by reading the reviews on our website. Our Venue Coordinators are experienced and thoughtful, making sure your day is exactly as you imagined.

Five foot round tables, white wood garden chairs, venue coordination services, AV, access to the Library, Ballroom, Tea Room, and Sunroom, parking.

Ballroom, Library, Tea Room & Sunroom combination:
Historic ballroom, library, tea room and sunroom can host a variety of configurations for the perfect wedding ceremony and reception, or just reception! It is also perfect for larger charity, social, and corporate events.

Ballroom, Library, Tea Room & Sunroom combination with inclusion of Bridal Suite and Gentlemen's Pub:
The addition of the Bridal Suite and Gentlemen's Pub allows for the wedding party to prepare in the same location without visual proximity. The Bridal Suite is located on the 2nd floor and the Pub is located in the basement.
