Provided By Venue For Fee – You Must Use The Venue For All Alcohol Services Beer/Wine/Champagne Only Inside Scoop Ask for a complimentary 1-hour cocktail tasting once you've booked the space – you can schedule it any day of the week, and you'll work with our in-house mixologist, Joaquin, to craft a custom menu (names and all, if you like) for your event.

As guests enter, they're greeted by a distillery tasting associate, and then the whole building opens up into the two main spaces – our Skybox Tasting Room space overlooks the Distillery Floor, creating a visually-connected venue that wows guests and feels even larger than its 4,200 square feet. Design: High ceilings with exposed beams and hanging lights lend a modern, industrial feel to match that of the distillery floor below, with its 2,000 gallon French Oak casks and alembic copper pot still. Standout Venue Features: Our greatest features are our incredible onsite mixology and infusion classes, the wide range of spirits (and spirits experts) available to guests, and some of the finest organic cocktails you can find in California – guests can drink a Lemon Lavender Moscow Mule right next to where the lemons were hand-zested to create the vodka, a truly unique experience. Extra Perks: Included in your venue rental fee is one on-site supervisor and one tasting room associate who will greet your guests as they arrive, as well as ensure your event stays private and keep an eye on drinks leaving the premises. It also includes complimentary water and eco-conscious cups, 28 bar stools, five 8-foot tables to match, two couches, and microphone setup.
