Nestled in the rolling hills of Central New York, Hayloft on the Arch originally began as a family run dairy farm.  Today, the barn has been restored, with modern amenities added, without losing the rustic charm. These amenities include a 30 foot bar, bathrooms, adequate parking area for you and your guests & a dressing room for the bridal party. Hayloft on the Arch is situated on 28.8 acres of beautifully manicured landscaped property, its breathtaking views of the countryside creates a stunning backdrop for your special event. The stream that borders the property is a tranquil setting for intimate ceremonies. The photo opportunities on the property are endless. With indoor & outdoor locations, Hayloft on the Arch is perfect for intimate gatherings or larger celebrations. Our 4500 square foot loft offers an open space customizable for each event. With its picturesque landscaping & a timeless event space Hayloft on the Arch is truly one of a kind. The sunsets on the property are to die for and the photographers are usually inhaling their dinner to grab the bride and groom to capture some stunning photos outside or inside the loft when the sun gleams through the cracks in the wooden barn.

Venue Features
The Scene:
Our property is set on just under 30 acres of rolling hills and bordered by a peaceful stream. There is a gravel parking lot large enough to accomodate 150 vehicles lit by old fashioned globe lights. You will find a small barn, original to the property, that was converted into a chapel and is great for ceremony backdrops or photo-ops. The entire property is manicured to perfection, we take pride on keeping the grounds looking as if every event is the first and leave no traces of prior events. Every photographer that comes onsite raves about the endless picture opportunities and we always get so excited to see how each photographer makes use of the property and produces phenominal photos.
Design:
Over the course of eighteen months Hayloft on the Arch; its barn, land, and out building was transformed from a previously working dairy farm to a charming rustic venue. No detail was overlooked while renovating from vessel sinks in the bathrooms, tin ceilings in the downstairs, a 30 foot bar that every caterer that comes in falls in love with, mason jar lights, and a bridal suite that makes you question if you are really standing where cows used to be milked! During the off season (November - April) you can find us updating, renovating or finding something to add value to the property.
Standout Venue Features:
One element that sets Hayloft on the Arch apart from other similar venues is that a day of coordinator is included in the venue package. She is there to assist vendors throughout the day, set up preassembled decorations, be sure the event is running on schedule giving you and your guests ample party/dancing time, and she is there until the end of the event to package up all decorations, and gifts -- leaving the bride and groom to say their good byes without lifting a finger at the end of the night. This is one ammenity that boasts the most attention from past clients, and may sometimes be over looked by prospective clients. 
Extra Perks:
Some extra items that are included in the venue pacakage are: 8' long tables, 6' long tables, 60" round tables and fruitwood chiavari chairs - enough to accomodate 300 people. 50 white folding chairs are included in the ceremony package. There is also a list of antiques and vintage items that are available to rent if preferred, including; a working fireplace, vintage couches, dressers, trunks, rugs, etc.

Barn:
The barn is an "L" shape building, when first entering the lower level most clients decide to use the area as a welcome space for their guests, upon walking upstairs there is a 30' long bar and plenty of space to mingle. The loft is where the seating/reception takes place.
