- Homewood sits in the historic Montford neighborhood of Asheville with beautiful historic homes and B&Bs on every corner. Located only one mile from downtown, Homewood is the closest historic and most unique venue in Asheville!
- Design:
- Homewood is a beautifully restored stone manor, originally built in 1927. The elegant castle features original hardwood floors, cherry walls, grand Appalachian stone fireplaces and alabaster sconces. Luminous wrought iron chandeliers cast graceful lighting from the 20-foot ceiling of the Great Room. The adjacent garden is a lush, private environment for intimate outdoor ceremonies!
- Standout Venue Features:
- 200+ candles throughout the venue combined with three gas fireplaces create the most romantic atmosphere!
- Extra Perks:
- All rentals including Mahogany Chiavari chairs, white outdoor ceremony chairs, all dinner and cocktail tables, ivory china with gold rim, gold chargers, glassware and silver flatware. Accent decor throughout inside space including wrought iron spires for candles and Italian pottery for window sills. Wooden arbor provided in garden ceremony site.
Borrowed and Blue Vendor Voted 2016 Gold Winner Best Venue for Intimate Weddings in Asheville NC
- Food, Restaurants, Cafes:
- Asheville is known for it's food and beverage scene and was included in the top 15 "Best Foodie Destinations in the USA" for 2016. Some of our favorites include The Bull and The Beggar, Curate, and Limones.
- Bars & Lounges:
- Located one mile from downtown, Homewood is the only event venue offering free overnight parking for your guests, allowing all to safely enjoy Asheville's nightlife. Asheville boosts more breweries per capita than any other U.S. city; we recommend checking out one of the 10+ downtown.
