Room rates subject to 19% taxes plus 10% service. Food and Beverage subject to 16% taxes plus 15% service. Minimum of rooms requirement- To ensure the privacy of both guests and the Wedding Party and at the same time a memorable experience for all we may be required at times to establish certain limits on number of invited guests based on the number of rooms booked. They vary according to the number of attendees to the events. Length of stay- From January 5th to April 30th a minimum of 5 nights per room is required. From May 1st to December 20th the minimum of nights required per room is 3. Events minimum- From January 5th to April 30th, 3 events minimum (a.e. Meet and Greet, Rehearsal dinner & Wedding day). From May 1st to December 20th only 2 events are required. (a.e. Meet and Greet & Wedding day) Spa minimum- is a prerequisite in group reservations or entirety of hotel and it is included as part of the contract. A minimum consumption equivalent of US$50 plus 16% per room per day by the total room nights reserved. If guests from the group or party decide to use the Spa facilities within the contracted days, the amount used by them will be credited towards consumption generated in contracted events and/or personal consumption exclusively of the couple.
