Venue Setting

Featuring a restaurant and direct access to a private beach, Hotel Punta Faro offers rooms with free WiFi and air conditioning in Cartagena de Indias. Snorkelling, canoeing and windsurfing activities can be practiced. Decorated in light-blue hues and with sea-themed decor, rooms at Hotel Punta Faro are fitted with minibars and cable TV. All of them have private bathrooms. Full board service is provided. International dishes can be ordered at the property’s restaurant. There is a grocery and a snack bar serving drinks and simple dishes. Guests can unwind on the beach or practice several water sports. A beach volley court is featured.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The only way to arrive to the hotel/island is by speed boat (operated by the hotel). The speed boat ride from Cartagena to the hotel/island is a 2-hour ride. The boat departs daily from Cartagena to the island at 11:30 hours. The boat departs daily from the island to Cartagena at 10:00 hours. The cost is 280.000 COP for adults and 230.000 COP for children (round trip). This cost will automatically be charged to the credit card summited in addition to your booking charges. If for any reason boat transfer is not required by the guest, it will be the responsibility of the passenger to inform immediately when making the reservation so as not to generate the corresponding charge for the transportation. Also note that port tax is 23.000 COP per person. The port of embarkation is the dock la Bodeguita Cartagena puerta 1 Colombian guests must pay 19% of the VAT, this will be charged to their Credit Card.
