Kilminorth is a select cluster of cottages in beautifully landscaped gardens, surrounded by breathtaking views, our picturesque 32-acre estate has its own lovely orchard, wild meadows, enchanting woods in a valley on the Cornish coast. So there are endless idyllic settings for beautiful photographs of your special day.

Our venue gives you scope to create an original wedding that you and your guests won’t forget. Relaxed and original or traditional and formal. We want to give you the flexibility to put as much of ‘you’ into your day as you want. No pre- packaged weddings here!

Bonfires, boogying under the stars, fireworks, cider from down the road, bunting and festoon lighting strung between trees, home-cooked hearty food, hay bales - if you’re after a venue that allows you to make it yours for the day, then come and see what we’re all about!

We do not have additional charges - our costs include the hire of 13 cottages - sleeping c60 people across 3 nights of your wedding celebration. Includes the full venue hire and set up of the grounds both celebration and wedding feast areas.

The enchanting beauty of our 32-acre grounds unfolds as you approach along the lane. There are several large formal gardens where you can lounge with a picnic, a wildflower meadow to explore or wander through our private woods – carpeted with bluebells in spring or enjoy apples from our orchard. If you’re feeling adventurous step outside to explore the Southwest coastal paths or take the footpath from our front gate to the local pubs in Looe.

The original barns have been restored to provide contemporary cottage accommodation. Our thirteen stylish and contemporary holiday cottages nestle in the grounds. Brimming with Cornish character, they have everything you need for a luxuriously comfortable stay, from comfy sofas to under ­floor heating, power showers to wi-fi. 

These beautiful converted barns are completely private from each other – they’re the perfect place to retreat for a little ‘me time’.

Our cottages provide accommodation for c60 guests. Most of our couples ask their guests for a contribution towards their accommodation. We are happy to advise on the best way to do this so you still remain in control of the room & cottage allocation.

Whatever time of year you visit Kilminorth, you’ll find a magical setting for your celebration.
