What is the venue capacity?
The suggested guest limit for Ceremony and Reception events is 150 max.
Auditorium (INT Ceremony Site):
150 Max
Great Hall (INT Reception Room):
Seats 120 comfortably for dinner setting with 12 round/rectangular tables (seated with 10 each) to also allow a dance floor. Seats up to 150 with 15 round/rectangular tables with no dance floor. Seat 150 with rectangular tables and no dance floor. Option for additional seating: Tables outside Great Hall under awning.
Library (INT Bridal/Groom's Changing Room):
Tables and chairs provided = 22 capacity
Courtyard (EXT):
150 Max (no rain plan; tenting the courtyard is not permitted)
Seated Rounds = 150
Seated Rectangular = 150
What is the rain plan for ceremony, reception, etc?
Ceremony in Auditorium for up to 150 seated (seats are installed)

Great Hall for Reception: Dinner and Dance Floor (120-150 capacity)
Additional options for “cocktail hour”:
Use Library for covered indoor option or Theme Garden for outdoor option
How do event guests travel from Point A to Point B in rain/inclement weather?
Note: Traveling between INT spaces will be expose guests to the elements, umbrellas are recommended
Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal?
All INT and EXT spaces open to the public are accessible during “open hours” (9:00am-4:00pm) to run through a Ceremony Rehearsal for one hour max. Also note: the venue is open to the public, so people will be on site at the venue, the space will not be private. *The Auditorium may be rented during the day for private access, based on availability.
Is the venue ADA Accessible?
Yes. Wheelchairs are available upon request at the main entrance of the venue.
What is the general timeline for weddings?
4:00pm is the absolute earliest time for load-in/setup for events in the public areas. Specific interior spaces can be rented for Daytime Rentals between the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm (inquire within). Ceremonies should begin no earlier than 6:00pm or later to allow enough time for event setup before guest arrival time. 11pm is the latest cut-off time for music and bar service. Full Load Out and Breakdown must be finished no later than 12am. No rental items or event materials can remain on property after event rental end time to be specified in event questionnaire. Once the rental end time is confirmed through the Venue Coordinator, the client and all property must be off-site by the confirmed time. No additional time can be purchased or added onto an agreement at a later date.
