Our stunning ballroom featuring 17-foot ceilings can accommodate up to 360 guests for ceremonies and seated reception meals—or up to 600 guests for a cocktail reception.

Planning a more intimate gathering? No problem. Private dining rooms in our restaurants are unique options for your celebration. Whichever space you choose, our seasoned Wedding Specialists are on hand to attend to every detail, from the menu selection to the ideal wine pairings to custom welcome amenities for out-of-town guests.

For your reception, our in-house Pastry Kitchen can custom design a tiered wedding cake that will taste as wonderful as it looks. Choose from a variety of designs and cake flavors; please bring in photos of your favorites for inspiration and to help create your wedding cake.

From florists to photographers, Loews Minneapolis has a list of preferred wedding partners we stand behind. Naturally, our own Embury Spa would love to help your wedding party relax and look picture perfect.

Design:
Starting with a spacious Lobby which is welcoming and serves as a central gathering place for hotel guests and locals alike. A new lobby bar called the Apothecary Bar & Lounge features bright open spaces, high ceilings, comfortable furniture and beautiful décor that are very inviting. This serves as the Hotel’s” Living Room”, with generous communal areas and plush seating. The choice of colors, finishes and textures throughout the hotel was inspired by Minneapolis’ legacy in flour milling. All 251 guest rooms and suites continue with the bright, open and airy design.
Extra perks:
The Embury Spa, where you’ll find a full-service spa offering facials, massages and body treatments, along with finishing touches like make-up application and blow dryers.

We are pleased to partner with PSAV Presentation Services, who can work with you to customize a lighting package that can transform any of our ballrooms into an illuminated wonderland. A variety of packages are available.

From the Rehearsal Dinner to the Farewell Brunch, we can provide you with a variety of options and menus to complete your weekend of celebration. Host your Rehearsal Dinner in one of our unique function spaces to ensure the perfect start to your wedding celebration. At the end of the weekend, a Farewell Brunch is the ideal opportunity to say goodbye and thank your closest family and friends.
