LUCE on Kettner is Little Italy's first dedicated event space in San Diego, CA. Located in a 7,250 sq. ft. historic warehouse, the venue features a high-arched wood ceiling, giant wood beams, concrete floors, a large glass garage door opening and a few modern design elements that set this raw event space apart from others. The building's origin and usage dates back to the thriving tuna fishing and cannery era of the waterfront district. Italian immigrants built the lively community full of character and culture that clearly still flourishes today. The Scene:: We have recently expanded to open LUCE on Kettner in San Diego's thriving Little Italy neighborhood. This clean modern warehouse venue is 7,250 sq ft and features two private suites, a prep room, 7 total restrooms, and a private parking lot perfect for food truck catering. Kettner can host a max of 300 guests for a seated reception and is ideal for ceremony + reception for 100 to 200 guests.

THANK YOU, LORD FOR LUCE ON KETTNER! Planning a wedding during a pandemic? Stressful! Your original venue cancelling? Even more stressful! But Luce on Kettner was our saving grace!! We were only the second wedding ever (before the county re-shut down) at LoK and were obsessed with the space from the moment we laid eyes on it. It’s clean, classic, with just a hint of whimsy. This space is really what you want to make of it. We wanted a classic black and white wedding with a sense of comfort and ease. This space delivered!
