Additional Charges

Your event is not confirmed until we receive your signed confirmation form. A deposit of 50% the rental fee is required at reservation.  A credit card ‘hold’ guarantees your event for the above date. You may cancel up to 30 days prior to the event. Cancellations within our 30 day cancellation policy will incur a $250 cancellation fee. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, cash or corporate checks.
 
There is a $250 Room Fee for two hours Sunday-Wednesday, $350 Room Fee for two hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday. It is $150 for each hour we close early/stay late. Events may use both the indoor space of MWC32 and our outdoor private patio. Due to residences in our proximity, events must conclude by 9pm. There is a $300 fine for any events that do not conclude by 9pm. There is no pro-rated hourly rate. Food can be catered through the Wine Cask, C’est Cheese or Rincon Catering. No other outside food or wine are allowed in the facility. Any food requested from the Wine Cask Restaurant must be placed 72 hours prior to your event and cannot be altered. A separate confirmation form must be filled out to secure food order. Outside, wine, liquor and beer (BYOB) are not permitted. Wines will be poured by the glass from a list preselected before the event. There are no discounts on the wine purchased (no case discounts, with exception for Wine Club members who will receive their member discount). We will provide staff to pour, serve and clean up the event. A 20% gratuity will be applied to the total bill, for the event.
