In the heart of Malibu, near the Civic Center, nestled against the majestic mountains, and just a stone's throw from the beach, lies this home; secluded within the gates of historic Serra Retreat. This lovely, heavily wooded, 2 acres estate welcomes you. It’s also short drive to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, & other classic California Oceanside landmarks!

We require a 12% occupation tax, a cash deposit of $5,000 PLUS an additional insurance for $5,000 of extra coverage for a cost of $89 (depending on the size of the event, the deposit can be higher), and there is a $650 cleaning fee (for a one-time cleaning after your stay).

There is a two story master suite with fireplace, office, terrace, 60” flat screen TV and it also includes a deluxe master bath overlooking the lush grounds. The additional 6 bedrooms all have a loft or balcony and most have attached baths.

Upon entering the home, you're overcome by a feeling of calm and serenity.
Design:
The home has a Hawaiian ranch feel designed for Bruce Jenner who lived in the home during the time when he won the gold medal in the decathlon at the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal.
Standout Venue Features:
We have a beach feel without being near the beach crowd. The home is walking distance to one of Malibu Lagoon's prime surfing areas - "Third Point" where surfers can ride all the way to the pier.
