Does this include catering fees?
50% of the food and beverage minimum is required to reserve your day and the balance is due the day prior to the event. Rental fees range $1000-$48,000 depending on the property buyout, hours needed, space required and guest count. Other than a buyout, the food and beverage minumums range $500 - $6,000. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.

Historic roadside landmark that has delighted Route One travelers with its rustic upscale charm.
From your private patio and beach, you can take in the serene, protected beauty of Point Reyes, or watch the sunset over its rolling grassy hills.
Recreated from the 1930’s vessel that had become a landmark for West Marin fisherman and travelers alike, this tastefully decorated, boat-shaped cottage has wonderful nautical accents, and a fabulous view that overlooks the rolling hills of Point Reyes.
Named after one of the early owners of the cottages at Nick's Cove, and perched right on the bay, Ruthie's Cottage has a private deck where you can relax and watch the sunset over Point Reyes.
Al was one of the original owners of Nick's Cove, back when it was a roadside getaway right off the Pacific Coast Highway.
