Podere Palazzo is an historic country home in the heart of Italy with magnificent 360 views all around and a beautiful interior renovation that is at once modern and romantic + lush outdoor spaces with orchards, garden, pond, infinity pool. Originally built in the late 1700's and fully restored recently by an internationally renown designer and architect, the house blends the beauty of the typical stone country farmhouse that made Tuscany such a beautiful tourist destination, with all the beauties of modern comfort and minimal yet warm and cozy design.

Additional Charges

All services for the event are charged separately and prices vary based on vendor. In addition to the rental of the Villa, if you are hosting a special event with a group larger than 10, there is a service charge of $100 per person between 11 and 25 people and then $50 per person above that. However tell us what your needs are and we will work with you! Keep in mind this extra fee pays for all the wedding or event planning we are doing for you so you can relax before and during the event and get the beauty sleep you need to be at your best!

Podere Palazzo has it all for the perfect event or wedding and can host up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms + the owners and manager will personally help you reserve nearby B&B, hotels or rentals homes and apartments for all your guests! Our on site manager will make sure that on your special day you are assisted with the coordination of everything for a flawless event from start to finish. On any day of your stay we will also organize an amazing cooking class with Michelin Star chefs to discover the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, wine and cheese tastings, wine tours in some of the most wonderful Tuscan vineyards, personal drivers, private massages and more.

Venue Features
The Scene:
Upon arriving at Podere Palazzo you will be amazed by the enchanting views that are quintessential Tuscany! The house sits on 5 acres of land and is part of a larger 200 acres estate with rolling hills, fields of wheat, olive orchards, cypress trees and beautiful vistas of valleys, medieval towns and other stone farmhouses all around.
Design:
The painstaking renovation of the house has left intact all the beautiful features typical of the period, and of this type of stone country home, with Chestnut wood beams and terra-cotta floors. The old stables at ground floor were converted into the living quarters with a dining room for 12, library, kitchen, outdoor portico for al fresco dining, a master bedroom with private bath and powder room. The second floor has 4 very large bedrooms and 3 baths (2 en suite and 1 shared). Each bedroom has built in closets, ceiling fans, king size beds in 4 bedrooms and 2 twin beds in another. All windows have insect screens and beautiful vistas of the surrounding valley, woods, orchards and of the garden and grounds of the house.
Standout Venue Features:
The house has free wi-fi for all our guests and an indoor and outdoor stereo/sound system with MP3 player. Access to the heated infinity pool, all the outdoor lounge areas, the hammocks with beautiful vistas as well as our organic vegetable garden and fruit orchard make this venue totally in touch with nature and the beauty of the area for a truly magical and serene experience. An in house cook can prepare any meal you would like upon request and we can also organize cooking class with Michelin Star chefs as well as local wine and cheese tastings in the garden or by the pool.

Our favorite catering for venues at Podere Palazzo is the award winning Restaurant La Parolina who has 1 MIchelin Star and is located nearby. The chefs are friends of the owners and do a wonderful job in providing all services required with the most authentic yet original gourmet Italian food.
