Private wilderness River Ranch on 190 acres of world-class swimming holes. Cozy, converted Barn completely renovated for 2016! Great for family reunions, yoga & corporate retreats, weddings and friends getting together. Four miles to the southern gate of Sequoia National Park with great hiking trails, high mountain meadows, and giant groves of Sequoia trees.

26 - 50 Guests: $ 5000 + $ 1500  3-stall portable restroom + $ 280 cleaning fee

51 - 75 Guests: $ 6000 + $ 1500  3-stall portable restroom + $ 350 cleaning fee

76 - 100 Guests: $ 7000 + $ 1500  3-stall portable restroom + $ 400 cleaning fee

101 - 125 Guests: $ 8000 + $ 1500  3-stall portable restroom + $ 450 cleaning fee

126 - 150 Guests: $ 10000 + $ 1500  3-stall portable restroom + $ 500 cleaning fee

151 - 200 Guests: $ 12000 + $ 1500  3-stall portable restroom + $ 600 cleaning fee

201 - 250 Guests: $ 14000 +  $1500  3-stall portable restroom + $ 700 cleaning fee
 

  • The Venue Fee includes the use of  wood chairs and round, wood dining tables (that seat 8). The chairs can also be used for ceremony seating.
    We require the rental of portable restrooms for parties of over 25 guests.
    To reserve Redwood Ranch for a wedding or a special event, guests must also book the Ranch for lodging.  To view our availability,  please click here. *Lodging and venue feesare separate.
    We are glad to allow campingas part of your experience at Redwood Ranch. We allow 16 guests for the stated lodging fee, then charge $25 per guest/per night over the 16 count. We have hosted events with over 200 guests camping throughout our 190 acre property!

The Barn House includes an upper self-contained unit consisting of 1 king bed and 1 full bathroom, a children's nook with a full bed (this children’s nook is a miniature room with it’s own door), a kitchen, a family room with a couch, a flat-screen with DirecTV, as well as additional seating, a table and a bar area. Outside the upper unit there is a large deck overlooking the South Kaweah River. The lower/ground floor of the Barn has 5 sleeping areas: 3 bedrooms with queen beds as well as 1 bunk-bed room with a full on top and a queen on the bottom. All of these rooms have doors. There is also 1 den connected to the living room (living-room has three large couches) that has a fold-out queen bed. This den area is not separated by a doorway but instead by curtains (for privacy and blackout) and connects to the living room through an alcove. Downstairs, there are 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a game room with a pool & card tables and a flat-screen with DirecTV and a dvd player. Outside, there is a large patio with an extra-long bench seating/eating area with huge 8-foot custom BBQ. Upstairs and downstairs, the Barn sleeps 16 comfortably. The BBQ has cooked for 200 guests! We allow up to 16 guests for this rate- for additional guests or campers, there is a $25 per guest/per night fee.

Redwood Ranch is a private wilderness River Ranch on 190 acres. The cozy, converted Barn has been completely renovated in 2016. It is located four miles from the southern gate of Sequoia National Park with great hiking trails, high mountain meadows, and giant groves of Sequoia trees. There is approximately 1800 feet of riverfront with many great boulders to lay on, breathtaking tranquil and secluded swimming holes. The hiking + jogging + walking trail that loops around the property offers an exhilarating view of a valley of mountains surrounding you. With cattle, horses, donkeys, goats, peacocks and chickens the ranch is a fun and entertaining place for kids to play around and explore.
