Halfway between being at home and away, these lofts, while maintaining their modern vision, stand as a testimony to their rich cultural history. What looks more like a small country hamlet was once a factory in the 1800's and later transformed into artisans workshops. Intimate I-dos are ideal at this inspirational intersection of ancient bones and modern amenities.

Venue Setting

Halfway between being at home and away, these lofts, while maintaining their modern vision, stand as a testimony to their rich cultural history. This group of buildings, which looks in the historical picture of the Alinari Family Collection rather like a small country hamlet in the Tuscan countryside, was a small factory in 1880, later transformed into artisans’ workshops. In 1999 Claudio Nardi made it his atelier of architectural design, a place where ideas are born and compared, followed by the necessary changes that make them practicable. The same tradition continues thanks to this new experience, as the same Architect has now transformed them into “a home for guests”.

Rental cost includes use of the 11 rooms, with overnight with double occupancy for 22 people, including

Italian breakfast, use of wi-fi, pool, bikes, free soft drinks in the rooms, tea & coffee during the

stay.
3 nights minimum stay when including Fridays or Saturdays

2 nights minimum stay between Sunday and Thursday

6 possible extra beds for 50 euro per person per night.

City tax (4.5 euro per person per night) is not included in the above mentioned cost.

No extra charge to hold a reception for Guests staying at Riva Lofts only, or 10 euro charge per person in case of reception with external guests also.

Catering is not included but we can propose a great reception dinner or lunch for about 130 euro per person with aperitive, entre, first and second course, dessert, wines. We will discuss the menu together.
