Walking distance from the famous Runyon Canyon Hiking Trail & located on a very private cul-de-sac street, nothing was overlooked on this "Top of the hill" Stunner with breathtaking Jetliner views, overlooking the Hollywood Sign, Universal City, LA Mountains as well as the amazing Los Angeles City Lights. Please note: - The cleaning fee MUST be added in the premium amenities for parties over 5 guests!

Additional Charges: - Owner reserves the right to request a refundable deposit for damages outside of the app before the booking can be confirmed. Refundable deposit will range between $1,500 and $3,000 depending on the details of the event/booking.
- No Glass allowed around the hot tub otherwise a $700 charge will be deducted from the deposit.
- No access to the main house allowed except for 1 bathroom.
- No smoking in the property allowed otherwise a $700 charge will be deducted from deposit.
- No loud music allowed after 10pm
- No cooking or appliance use allowed.
- No taping/decorating on any walls allowed otherwise a $700 fee will be deducted from the deposit.
