Venue Features
The scene:
The Booking House is a beautiful cigar warehouse, built in 1884 and restored in 2014 to host weddings and events. The brick exterior sits right next to railroad tracks and borders many industrial warehouses which sets a perfect backdrop for photos. The exposed brick interior is breathtaking and full of historic character.
Design:
The venue has an industrial yet modern look. The main venue spaces feature original wide-plank hardwood floors, exposed brick, large wood beams, and crystal chandeliers. The Bridal suite was recently renovated to create a more feminine yet still rustic space.
Standout venue features:
On the third floor of the venue we feature a cigar lounge for guests to enjoy. During the day the groomsmen can get ready in this space and then it becomes a smoking lounge at night during your reception.
Extra perks:
All tables, chairs, couches, and other furniture is included in our space. We also include twinkle lights to wrap the wood beams in the main ballroom.

The Rizzardi Room
The largest of all our rooms, The Rizzardi Room is full of rustic charm with its original wide plank flooring, exposed brick and thick wooden beams. This space features a cathedral ceiling with crystal chandeliers and fireplace. It’s the perfect room for wedding ceremonies, receptions, parties, and larger events accommodating up to 250 guests.
The Whitaker Room
This charming first floor room with an antique mantle, and vintage string lights is commonly used for small ceremonies and/or cocktail hour in conjunction with The Station Room.
The Station Room
Our newest space houses a beautiful built in cocktail bar, vintage lighting, and corrugated steel walls giving it a more industrial feel. This room is primarily used for cocktail hour and can be easily combined with The Whitaker Room to host larger groups.

22 Historic Wedding Venues That Have Gotten Better With Time
They say youth is a gift of nature, but age is a work of art. There's something timeless and effortlessly romantic about a venue with history in it’s bones. Edges worn and frayed from effervescent laughter and floors weathered from dancing shoes and splashes of champagne. Much like life and most relationships, it's the imperfections that make it oh so perfect. Here’s a list of 22 historic, time worn venues, and like a fine wine, they’ve only gotten better with time.  Reporter: Katie David | Venue: The Ebell of Long Beach
