- The Scene:
- The Booking House is a beautiful cigar warehouse, built in 1884 and restored in 2014 to host weddings and events. The brick exterior sits right next to railroad tracks and borders many industrial warehouses which sets a perfect backdrop for photos. The exposed brick interior is breathtaking and full of historic character.
- Design:
- The venue has an industrial yet modern look. The main venue spaces feature original wide-plank hardwood floors, exposed brick, large wood beams, and crystal chandeliers. The Bridal suite was recently renovated to create a more feminine yet still rustic space.
- Standout Venue Features:
- On the third floor of the venue we feature a cigar lounge for guests to enjoy. During the day the groomsmen can get ready in this space and then it becomes a smoking lounge at night during your reception.
- Extra Perks:
- All tables, chairs, couches, and other furniture is included in our space. We also include twinkle lights to wrap the wood beams in the main ballroom.
- The Rizzardi Room:
- The largest of all our rooms, The Rizzardi Room is full of rustic charm with its original wide plank flooring, exposed brick and thick wooden beams. This space features a cathedral ceiling with crystal chandeliers and fireplace. It’s the perfect room for wedding ceremonies, receptions, parties, and larger events accommodating up to 250 guests.
- - View: This room has the grandest of all chandeliers, tons of natural light that pours in through the skylights and large windows, and the large fireplace and mantle piece draw your attention when entering.
