The scene:: The Bust'n B Ranch is a luxury ranch house located in Pioneertown, CA near Joshua Tree National Park. The property was established by the Sheriff of the County as his private family residence. The Bust'n B Ranch was re-enivsioned by developer Wedgar Properties and designer Sydney Ballesteros in 2023. The House is an idyllic 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with nods to Southwestern, Indigenous, Mexican, and Western design motifs which is accompanied by various outdoor spaces such as a saltwater pool and cedar sauna. The House sits on a private 10-acre parcel. The Ranch has various horse stalls, animal pens, and a large horse arena with electric roping shoots. The Ranch is full of vibrant & iconic Mojave desert nature including 360* views of the Sawtooth Mountains, Black Lava Butte, Sand to Snow Monument, and Big Bear Mountains. The Ranch sits on a private 25+ acre property.
