Built in 1857, The Casco Farmhouse is located on 4 rolling acres just outside of Brunswick, Maine and just minutes from coastal Route 1. Centrally located on lush farmland, the home is walking distance to one of Brunswick's fabulous farmer's markets, just 5 minutes from downtown Brunswick (home to Bowdoin College), 10 minutes from Wolfe's Neck Farm and the town of Freeport (some of New England's best shopping anchored by the original L.L.Bean), 30 minutes to the historic 'Old Port' area of Portland and just 30 miles south of Boothbay.

The scene:: Lovingly renovated, the 3 bedroom, 2 bath home retains all it's original charm while incorporating the creature comforts of a modern property and is the perfect place to relax after a day of seeing the beauty of the Maine coast. Both the living and dining rooms have a cozy, comfortable feel despite their ample size. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an in-suite bath. You can even have a soak while taking in the view of the property. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second guest room has a full and single bed. The pride and joy of our renovation is the spacious, sunlit chef's kitchen which we've equipped with all the amenities including double ovens (one convection) and a 5 burner gas cooktop located in the large island, perfect for congregating with guests! There's an awesome wrap-around porch with views of the property that's great for unwinding with a cocktail after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. We pride ourselves that we are offering a venue that is very comfortable and very clean! The property also has a renovated post and beam milk house and a beautiful, flat, grassy farmfield that together make an awesome indoor/outdoor space, perfect for weddings!
