Accommodations: Maximum number for overnight guests is 33, which includes both the Manor House and private Countryside Cottages.

The French-influenced Manor House sleeps 16 guests and consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 suites, including the Wisteria “Honeymoon” Suite for the bride and groom. Common areas include the living room, dining room, and reading library.

Three private Countryside Cottages sleep up to six guests each. They consist of the Dragonfly Cottage, Gatehouse Cottage, and Tuscan House.

The scene:: We are ideally situated for travelers who want a taste of Europe while experiencing culturally-rich Chiang Mai and the natural wonders of the surrounding countryside.

The Heritage House & Garden is built on 1.5 acres of lush, manicured Chiang Mai estate, so expect plenty of space to yourself, while maintaining maximum privacy. Located only 25 minutes drive southwest of Chiang Mai International Airport and the city moat.

Once here, you will enjoy the comfort and elegance of our country estate, located on three acres of lush gardens. Expect shade trees and a beautiful, terraced hillside garden set in a verdant Chiang Mai valley and scenic surrounding foothills.
Design:: Building and design began in 2003 with our very first cottage, the Dragonfly Cottage. Soon came the Manor House, Tuscan, Gatehouse, and our newest addition, Café Heritage.

Our unique three-story Manor House was inspired by traditional French Provencal architectural styles, with the interior tastefully blending traditional Arts & Crafts design elements throughout.

The gardens were inspired by the French concept of the "garden of five senses" - sight, smell, taste, touch, and sound - the spacious lawn areas include tranquil streams, lotus pond and several water fountains.
Standout venue features:: We were one of the first true architectural expressions fo the Arts & Crafts Movement, Art Nouveau, and French Provencal in Thailand. The natural beauty of the land, as well as the slower pace of a “once” small-town Chiang Mai, slowly made themselves permanent homes in our hearts.

When hosting your wedding at The Heritage House & Garden, we guarantee exclusive use of our self-catering cottages as well as our accommodations, so you can make the very most of your special day.

Perfect for lounging and dining with your loved ones, swimming in the infinity waterfall pool and integrated whirlpool jacuzzi, or just sitting and catching up on your reading.
Extra perks:: 1. Exclusive use of the common area (living room, library, sitting room, and dining room) in the Manor House to use for the ceremony which can accommodate up to 20 people
2. Exclusive use of the garden and grounds including the pool house and sunset pavilion
3. The use of our provided facilities—food preparation kitchen, BBQ, and toilets
4. Basic illumination of the grounds during nightfall
5. Designated on-site car parking area for up to 100 vehicles
