The Loft is a spacious blank canvas that can be configured to suit various corporate and social events. This 2,500 square feet venue features ample wall space for client use, main event room, and living room set-up. The Lofts At Prince is perfect for Corporate meetings, conferences, art shows, Private meetings, Award Shows, Engagement Dinners, Holiday Parties, Fashion Shows, weddings, Musical Performances and Social functions.

The loft space has spectacular views from its rooftop deck, and is ready for your next event with 2 working fireplaces, a chef's kitchen, tall ceilings, and Northern, Southern and Eastern exposure.
View: Penthouse Six includes access to a breathtaking Rooftop garden with a spectacular view of the NYC skyline that is an attractive destination for anyone planning a film, photo, or television shoot in Downtown Manhattan.

Soho Loft
Launched in 2014, Soho Loft is a large 2,250 sq. ft. space located on the 3rd floor. It has high ceilings, a brand new kitchen, projector and screen, portable PA sound system with iPod connection, and natural lighting from the North, South and East. It comes fully equipped with 2 new bathrooms, central HVAC, as well as track lighting and dimmable LED lighting.

Soho Meet
Soho Meet is an intimate 1000 sq. ft space located on the 2nd floor that lends itself to anything your imagination can conceive. This space features a large event room, tall windows, oak floors, central HVAC, a projector and screen, track lighting, and dimmable LED lighting.
