*  The Manor bills a 15% service gratuity + 13% HST (Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax)

*  SOCAN Fee: $59.17 + 13% HST (Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax)

*  Security Fee: $150 + 13% HST (Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax)

*  On-site outdoor ceremonies are available late-April through to mid-October. Additional fees apply as follows:

Ceremony Fee: The fee includes a rehearsal with our on-site Banquet Coordinator a few days prior to your wedding. The Ceremony Fee also includes the wedding coordination of the ceremony (cue music, let bridal party know when to walk, etc.) 
Victoria Hall: $495 (+ tax)
Alexander & Elizabeth Hall: $695 (+ tax)
Tent Grounds Fee: This fee covers the rental of the lower patio grounds for the outdoor ceremony, set-up of the ceremony chairs, table with chair(s) for signing of the marriage license, an aisle runner with a white overlay (not available with a Gazebo ceremony), water station upon guests arrival for the ceremony and use of the on-site tent in the event of inclement weather.
Victoria & Alexander Hall: $575 (+ tax)
Elizabeth Hall: $850 (+ tax)

The Manor features three unique event spaces: The Victoria, Alexander and Elizabeth Hall. 

The Victoria Hall is situated on our upper level with seating capacity for up to 160 guests with a spacious dance floor. The Victoria hall presents an intimate setting with stunning chandelier lighting and four attractive alcoves overlooking the surrounding golf course grounds. The Victoria hall comes complete with an adjacent fireside lounge for pre-function cocktails, a private bar and an outdoor terrace.

The Alexander Hall, situated on our main entrance level, accommodates up to 320 guests with a spacious dance floor. Featuring expansive floor to ceiling windows, the views are extraordinary. The Alexander Hall is flanked by two outdoor private patios, a stunning lobby bar, private bar and cocktail lounge space.

The Elizabeth Hall is situated on our lower level with a capacity for 320 guests October through to April. During the summer months, May – September the capacity of the space increases to 420 guests with use of our on-site tent. Featuring a spacious dance floor and private bar, the hall extends to a beautiful outdoor patio featuring a spectacular waterfall and gazebo. Stroll the water’s edge, take in the scenery and enjoy the tranquility of the extensive patio and grounds.

The Manor is also fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio/visual technology to enhance your next social event. Our in-house partner S4 Sound Sensation will take your event to the next level! From DJ’s to live bands to live performers and fireworks displays, they are your entertainment experts to enhance your magical event at The Manor.
