The scene:
Homesteaded in the late 1800’s and operated as a cattle ranch for the better part of the last century, The Ranch at Rock Creek was first opened to guests in 2010. Since then, we've become a Relais & Chateaux property and the world's only Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star ranch. Thanks to the all-inclusive nature of our luxury resort, guests experience a 6,600-acre natural playground, with gourmet meals, wine, beer and spirits, twice-daily activities, gear and guides included in their stay. In addition to your custom event, guests will enjoy bucket list adventures, such as a horseback ride to a stunning sunset vista or learning to fly-fish on a world-famous Blue Ribbon trout stream.
Design:
The versatility of our venues ensures that our event team can craft a custom event befitting your personal style, including hand-crafted signs, ephemera, lighting, decor and cuisine. Our Granite Lodge and Buckle Barn provide gourmet on-site catering, with an option to expand into an outdoor tent. Beautiful rustic structures, such as The Historic Barn, natural wildflower grasslands and the Big Montana Sky serve as a vivid contrast to the refinement of your event, and ensure awe-inspiring moments and photography.
Standout venue features:
Fully-inclusive packages alleviate any stressful planning for your guests visit. Meals, snacks, activities, nightly entertainment in the Silver Dollar Saloon, on-property transportation and regional wines, local beers and artisan cocktails are included in their cost. The Ranch provides exceptional dining experiences, including seasonal local meats and produce. The menu and event dining options are designed to capture the taste of the West, while catering to all dietary restrictions your guests may have. Each guest receives a cruiser or mountain bike upon check-in, and The Ranch at Rock Creek’s accommodations and venues are all within walking or biking distance of each other. We can provide SUV transportation if preferred. Guests will be encouraged to take part in twice-daily activities on the days leading up to or following the event, with no cancellation fees for changing a schedule. We offer options to add additional activities, such as stagecoach rides, ranch rodeos, lawn games, fireworks, bonfires, s'mores roasting, live music and more.

Bunk, Feast, Repeat: A Field Guide to Camp-Inspired Event Venues Across the U.S.
From tartan-lined lodges to glamping tents with martini carts, these aren’t just places to crash, they’re places to convene. Heritage plaid, canvas, wood smoke and a little Champagne sparkle, because camp can be both rugged and refined. If Camp VR were a weekend escape, this would be the map. Picture bunk beds turned boutique, bonfires turned dinner parties, and cabins styled with the kind of quiet luxury that feels half Martha Stewart cottage, half Ralph Lauren catalog. The menu? Wood-fired paella, grown-up s’mores, and a bourbon cider punch bowl that deserves its own merit badge.  These venues aren’t just made for sleeping, they’re also made for gathering. Lakeside lodges that double as wedding backdrops, glamping estates with long tables set in the fields, and cozy cottages ready for birthday feasts or fall reunions. It’s fisherman-core meets fine china, enamel mugs clinking beside crystal stemware. Explore The Camp VR collection on Venue Report: search, save, and message real venues built for bunking up, feasting well, and gathering under the same roof (or sky). Because campfires fade, but the stories? Those last all season. Read the field guide below.
