Venue Setting

Inspired by Thoreau’s Walden, Walden Hall is a luxury Bed and Breakfast and event space nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. This beautiful home sits on 10 acres of rolling farmland in the tranquil countryside of Reva, Virginia; the perfect setting for a romantic getaway, family gathering or memorable wedding.

Gourmet farm to table breakfast made with local ingredients is served every morning in our sunny dining room, wraparound porch or in the privacy of your room.

Five guest rooms, each with en suite bathroom, feature hand-picked furniture inspired by the 19th-century poets for whom they are named. Walden Hall draws inspiration from its beautiful surroundings to inspire guests to reconnect with nature, relax and enjoy luxurious accommodation and facilities.

Walden Hall offers five luxury guest suites including a glamorous wedding suite with Bridal Parlor and dressing room. One suite is an apartment-style acommodation with full kitchen and sofa bed. The entire house can sleep up to 12 guests and a multi-course, gourmet breakfast is included for all overnight guests.

The Scene:
The farmhouse-style estate is reflected in our 2-acre pond, greeting guests with a grand picturesque entrance down our private lane. The property is nestled between pastures and flanked by woods. 
Design:
Our modern farmhouse has been meticulously decorated with handpicked antiques and decor. Rooms feature luxurious touches, including fireplaces, custom jet tubs and spectacular views. 
Standout Venue Features:
We host one wedding per weekend, allowing your occassion to be specifically tailored to your vision. The Club is a huge hit with billiards, a theater, air hockey, a full bar, gym, darts, and vintage arcade games. We have a 2-acre stocked pond, perfect for fishing and an outdoor firepit where you can enjoy s'mores and a night cap. We also have chickens on site and serve farm fresh eggs for breakfast.
