Imagine waking up to the sights, sounds, and smells of nature in one of the most spectacular places on earth. At Under Canvas Yellowstone, you can immerse yourself in the great outdoors of Montana while spending your nights nestled in your luxurious glamping tent. We are tucked away from the busy of West Yellowstone and are on a quiet piece of land right along the riverside.

To get married at Under Canvas we require a full buyout of camp, which means all 100 glamping tents. Our West Yellowstone property is unique in that it also host the Bar N Ranch. You would have to buyout all of these rooms as well. There is a venue fee for each night the camp is rented out and it varies based on date. We charge  a camp fee for lodging. We do not having catering on site, you are welcome to bring in any that you would like, we do not have required vendors. If you are interested in a wedding with less then 30 guests we have small elopement style packages available. You can also enjoy a wedding just at the Bar N Ranch if you were looking for a venue for about 50.

We have 102 safari inspired tents in several different style options. Our tents include a variety of king and twin beds. The Deluxe, Stargazer, and Suite tents come with an ensuite bathroom where our Safari tents utilize our communal bathhouse. If at full capacity sleeps around 300 guests. We have several great options for families attending your wedding as well.

Safari Tents: Comes with a king size bed and wood burning stove and is moments away from your tent refresh yourself in one of our luxury communal bathhouses, which host hot showers, flushing toilets, and sinks.

Safari Tents with 3 Twins: Comes with 3 twin beds ideal for families or friends traveling together and is just moments away from your tent refresh yourself in one of our luxury communal bathhouses, which host hot showers, flushing toilets, and sinks.

Deluxe: The Deluxe tent boasts its own private ensuite bathroom inside your tent which includes a hot shower, sink and flushing toilet. A wood stove keeps the tent warm at night and a private deck allows you to enjoy the night stars.

Stargazer: Comes with its own viewing window above the king bed to stargaze at night while keeping warm with a wood stove at night. The ensuite bathroom includes a hot shower, flushing toilet, and sink.

Suite Tents: The Suite is ideal for couples or families. Enjoy your own private ensuite bathroom inside your tent which includes a shower, sink, and flushing toilet. A wood stove keeps the tent warm & a private deck allows you to enjoy the stars.

We also have some tent styles that have a hive tent beside it. This includes two twin beds for the older kids.

Drive down a quiet road to come across Under Canvas West Yellowstone. We have tents of all different styles, some right along the river. Enjoy one of the several different fire pits and canvas swings to just be outside. The views are amazing, the convivence to Yellowstone National Park is unparalleled, and you get ot enjoy the benefits of Bar N Ranch which is right on property. Head to the pool or hot tub.

Our property is meant to integrate with the natural landscape, so you can fully enjoy the outdoors but sleep in comfort! Our hand crafted bed frames, luxury mattresses, luxurious sheets, cowhide rugs, wood stove ,and other special touches make you feel cozy and comfortable in your tents.

We have a café style restaurant on site, Embers. Come enjoy made to order breakfast and dinner.The food is delicious and not "camp" food, no sloppy joes here! Enjoy appetizers, entrees, and deserts.
Enjoy wine and beer at Embers during dinner hours. Also, BYOB in your tents! Enjoy a drink on your private deck while you stargaze at night. Side note, we do require a caterer to provide the alcohol for your wedding reception.
